Senior Project Manager | Signage Division Houston, TX

The Project Manager will act as the liaison on all aspects of production for a project by coordinating work with all departments; facilitating information between all internal support teams from sales to logistics in conjunction with account management. Expectations include the ability to control the project flow and to make critical decisions ensuring the successful completion of projects while subscribing to the company's vision and ensuring complete client satisfaction.


  • Direct signage projects through production
  • Ensure project quality standards are met and timely project completion
  • Review prospective projects and estimates in collaboration with AE's to determine feasibility
  • Attend and participate in construction meetings to verify expectations, schedules
  • Review work orders addressing questions (construction, lead times, use of materials, etc)
  • Track punch items/lists ensuring prompt communication, fabrication, and installation
  • Code Research, Permitting Procurement, Schedules, Sign location, Map Mark-Ups, Design spreadsheet
  • Work with vendors and purchasing to ensure materials and deadlines are met


  • Communicate with account teams (AE/Design/Production) on each project from start to finish ensuring each project is up to 2020 Exhibits standards along with meeting the client’s expectations
  • Attend relevant meetings to discuss the best way to execute upcoming projects
  • Approve and make files for production and send required tasks to each department involved on each project
  • Ensure relevant files are attached to projects and have been approved for production
  • Review & Approve detail / construction drawings before drawing are released to production
  • Estimate certain aspect of projects as needed by request
  • Work with purchasing to make sure the proper materials are ordered and received
  • Communicate with QC and installation to ensure all photos are uploaded and alert team members of completion
  • Ensure manifest and packing list, schedule, sign locations, ect. are completed and uploaded to project
  • Site visits and surveys as needed
  • Archive final manifest


  • Must have 3-5 years Multi-Family Signage experience
  • The ability to read blueprints and a working knowledge of standard signage building materials and techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PC and internet
  • Must be able to work on a team and individually
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to anticipate problems, analyze and proactively determine alternate solutions
  • Must be accurate, organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work flexible hours under extreme pressure and maintain deadlines
  • Ability to handle a large volume of tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to assume responsibility for completion of projects in the absence of direct supervision
