HR/Accounting Clerk Houston, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • All insurance recon & prepare for payment
  • Insurance enrollments & terms/Cobra
  • Timesheets / Manage timeclock (new hires & terms)
  • Maintain PTO spreadsheet & project entry
  • Assist with open enrollment meetings
  • Ensure all headshots are in project, work with satellites & marketing to have pics taken
  • Research HR matters, as needed
  • Enter expenses into project
  • Assist with CC recon of statement
