For files over 5mb we highly recommend uploading via FTP. To expedite client files quickly into production 2020 Exhibits require FTP access for uploading and downloading content to 2020 Exhibits. Please note that you must accept our usage policy before your FTP account will be created.

Before Your Upload...check the following

Do not upload folders
Use WinZip or Stuffit compression utility to reduce file size and protect the integrity of the file.

File Names
Do not upload your file using a file name with non-character formatting (empty spaces, dashes, etc).

Transfer and Connection Speeds
The speed of Internet file transfers is dependent on several factors: your connection, Internet traffic, and
the load on the web server.

Firewall Issues
We recommend to DISABLE all firewall and anti-virus software while uploading files.
