2020 Exhibits–All-Star Private Corporate Event
Big Game. Big Screens. Big Fun. Celebrating Super Bowl XLVII in Style

THE CHALLENGE
They say everything is bigger (and better) in Texas so when 2020 Exhibits made plans to host an All-Star Super Bowl private client event it was time to Go Big or Go Home. Oh yeah, game on.

THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
With visions of high-flying Super Bowl XLVII action as the focal point for the game day celebration, customized All-Star Party Passes inviting guests to enjoy the Big Game across Big Screen, to celebrate Big Fun, were delivered to 2020 Exhibits key clients and friends. Doors opened at 4:00 p.m. and more than 150 party goers were visibly transported from the 2020 Exhibits Showroom to a NOLA-style Super Bowl celebration filled with all of the passion, color and rhythm of Mardi Gras. Sporting brightly lit beads, revelers ambled along Bourbon Street, soaking up the Big Easy atmosphere. From Bourbon Street they could stake their claim at any one of a series of Celebration Zones, ranging from the Ale House, pouring the region’s finest brews; to the Wine Cellar, stocked with many a fan favorite; and for a hearty spread to rival any, there was The Food Blitz. High above the scene was a private cigar lounge, where the guests enjoyed custom, hand-rolled cigars from The Cigar Bar, while watching the game in luxury and comfort.

The night was ?lled with unforgettable "wow" moments that immersed party-goers in a different world. When the goal is to entice Chicago's best and brightest to step away from their busy evening calendars and step into an extraordinary event, there is no choice but to turn the event upside down and deliver an inspired evening that is full of engaging, dynamic and, well, just plain fun experiences. With impressive new Windy City digs and unprecedented growth, such was the challenge facing the award-winning 2020 Exhibits Event Team as they rolled up their sleeves and planned Celebrate Chicago: the grand opening of their newest facility.

With the sounds of a jazzy combo filling 2020 Exhibits dynamic Interactive Design Studio, Celebrate Chicago party goers were met with the graciousness, hospitality and generous spirit that permeate 2020 Exhibits approach to opening night. Using their new 50,000-square-foot interactive, tech-savvy facility as the backdrop, 2020 Exhibits' invited clients and friends were buzzing with enthusiasm over the new venue and expanded offerings. When planning their own year-end celebration, the stakes were high—this could be no average affair. With unprecedented growth, success and expansion ranging from a new facility opening in Viva! Las Vegas to their new office and showroom in Sweet Home Chicago, to record-breaking sales and unprecedented new client acquisition through RFPs and Word of Mouth, coupled with the growth and expansion of their expertise and global offerings in A/V and interactive technologies, it was time to celebrate.

THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
Using their 2020 Exhibits Houston headquarters and 10,000 square foot showroom as the backdrop, the focus became generating fun and excitement by maximizing interactive and innovative technology assets of more than 100 rental a/v screens across the showroom. High ceilings made for an ideal space to "light up the night" with pre-programmed, fully orchestrated bright and brilliant LED lighting backing iridescent balloons, which were artfully suspended like stars in the sky. BMC Software – The Road to Transformation

THE CHALLENGE
As the recognized leader in Business Service Management (BSM), BMC Software is passionate about their business, their clients, their Partners and their events. When planning their third annual Public Sector Forum, BMC looked to 2020 Exhibits to help them find creative, engaging and innovative solutions to maximize all available space and encourage attendees to spend more time in the Expo Hall.

THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
Early sight visits to Washington and some collaborative brainstorming with BMC’s Global Events Team put the creative wheels in motion for the 2020 Exhibits Design & Events Team to hit the gas, full speed ahead, transforming a non-descript event venue into a dynamic, energized environment. Inspired by the event theme, The Road to Transformation, 2020 Exhibits delivered a fully-themed neighborhood environment for this private corporate event which drew in 1,000 attendees.

Bringing a neighborhood feel and flavor to the "Road to Transformation," true-to-size bright flashing stop lights, sky high highway signs, bold street signs, charming houses with window boxes and doors, realistic toasters and bright blue branded old-fashioned mailboxes – red flag up! - were just a few of the creative and captivating design elements found at BMC Software’s Public Sector Forum.

2020 Exhibits designed and managed the project from start to finish – including the design of four individual house-themed anchor exhibits for BMC’s Public Sector Divisions along with more than 20 individual Partner exhibits for their Expo. 2020 Exhibits also developed a patriotic, first responder-themed video highlighting each Public Sector Division. As the world’s largest offshore oil services tradeshow, the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) typically attracts 50,000 energy professionals from 110 countries. Boasting more than one-half million square feet of exhibition area, with 2,500 companies from more than 35 countries in an area the size of 13 football fields. OTC ranks among the largest 200 trade shows held annually in the United States and is among the 10 largest meetings in terms of attendance.

THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
With the average exhibit designed, built and delivered by 2020 Exhibits totaling over 800 square feet, exhibiting across three show halls, our comprehensive fabrication, production and design facility was in full swing, designing and constructing 60 dynamic custom rental exhibits, including ten (10) two story custom exhibits for clients from North America, Asia, Africa and Europe. On the show floor, the 2020 Exhibits team was 145 strong throughout, including I & D and account management working over 10 days to consult, manage, construct and install on behalf of our clients. All told, over 1000 custom graphics were designed and printed in house, utilizing our large scale printers. Offering a full range of pre-, during and post-show services including the design and implementation of measurement tools, general show services, freight and global logistics planning and execution, large oil & gas equipment consultation and rigging, coupled with catering, private event planning and management as well as concierge services such as food and beverage 2020 Exhibits put over 20 years of proven, successful experience to work.

THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
In recognition of their 90th anniversary, Yokogawa set a bold new standard and broke with their "reserved" tradition, pulling out all the stops when hosting more than 7,000 visitors for an extraordinary two day event, held in Tokyo. Capping the event was their President and CEO, who announced their broad strategic vision and new automation strategy, called Vigilance. Six months following this ground breaking event, Yokogawa challenged 2020 Exhibits to continue the momentum found in the Tokyo event with two dynamic large-scale programs that would be equally spectacular, but more streamlined.

THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
Working in concert with one of Yokogawa’s lead Japanese designers, 2020 Exhibits strategically mapped a plan to design, built and produce a breath-taking two day Technology Innovations Fair and User Conference. From the 100’ curved entry wall with 3-D custom lettering branding the event VIGILANCE welcoming each visitor to the event, coupled with over 30 custom partner kiosks, each with custom graphics and individual plasmas and monitors, to a show-stopping fog machine – creativity prevailed, with no detail left undone.

THE CHALLENGE
As the leading global provider of technologies that help customers better manage their IT environments, BMC Software needed a strong ally to help them manage and produce the Solutions Showcase, one very key segment for BMC UserWorld, the largest customer and partner event in BMC's history.

THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
Serving as the single point of contact, 2020 Exhibits worked one-on-one with over 50 Solutions Showcase Partners to customize and manage their Solutions Showcase presence and participation. From custom designed registration kiosks and demo kiosks, to a variety of booth sizes and designs, including customized graphics for each, 2020 Exhibits delivered pre-show communications and registration, exhibit design and production, graphic design and production as well as on-site management and execution.
