THE CHALLENGE
In the world of sports and sports marketing there are seats and then there are seats. Better known as premium seating or luxury suites where you can sit back and enjoy the excitement of the game — in the comfort and pleasure of a private space where the seats are softer, the menu is catered and that much more delicious and your game day experience is all the more spectacular.
The NFL’s Houston Texans challenged 2020 Exhibits to help them create an entirely new premium seating option for those Texans Fans who want to entertain prospects and clients, while sharing a personalized game day experience in the luxury and comfort of a private, exclusive environment.
THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
2020 Exhibits intercepted the idea and ran with it, setting the stage for an upscale, crowd pleasing and distinctly Texans branded environment. Aptly named the Field Box Suites, the overall feeling is warm and inviting, offering a private, comfortable oasis for business owner fans who want to reward their customers, entertain their clients, colleagues and friends by joining them for a luxury game day experience. Suite holders and their guests get the best of all worlds within the privacy of their very own Texans- branded space. The Field Box Suite design is clean and modern, with a true Texans look and feel. Integrating lights, flooring, media technology and furnishings, this innovative 16'x70' space includes distinct seating areas with a semi-private lounge anchoring each corner. Each suite holder can personalize their game day viewing experience, with in-suite televisions for replays or other NFL action. 52" plasmas are strategically placed throughout, showcasing NFL sports action with large scale action shots of Texan players nearby. Engaging all the senses, in extraordinary comfort and luxury, the Houston Texans' Field Box Suites + 2020 Exhibits = TOUCHDOWN!

GE Oil & Gas - Invitation to Innovation Now
Industry: Oil & Gas
THE CHALLENGE
Capturing the attention of key clients and prospects in a sea of more than 2,400 exhibitors was one of many critical objectives for GE Oil & Gas as they planned for the 2010 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). With the expansion of its advanced technology portfolio for the deepwater drilling and production sector, GE Oil & Gas wanted to make a big splash at OTC, maximizing brand visibility, aligning their brand and showcasing their innovative products and services.
THE SOLUTION
Much like GE’s heavy oil & gas equipment, it was a tall order but 2020 Exhibits dove right in, delivering not one but two – one 40’ x 100’ and one 40’ x 50’ -- innovative, technology-driven landmarks, which incorporated key brand elements and showcased GE’s extensive and integrated subsea portfolio of solutions.
Projecting a bold presence as GE Oil & Gas branding vehicle, the 2010 Offshore Technology Conference exhibits worked double duty, respecting the identity their key business units while forging a single, strong identity with key brand elements and touch points boldly incorporated throughout. From the show-stopping A/V, which included a two-sided 8-by-18 foot screen emblazoned with the dynamic GE Oil & Gas animated story, to the 6-foot-tall 3-D GE logos and INNOVATION NOW stretched like waves across the exhibit, the GE Oil & Gas name and message demanded attention far and wide across the show floor.
Full size GE Oil & Gas equipment – some as large as 25-feet-high, weighing over 100-thousand pounds or 50 tons – and models were strategically featured throughout, with the exhibit design maximizing all available space, reaching the skies, in an inviting footprint. From top to bottom, public to private, the booth worked double duty – incorporating a semi-private meeting room that served as command central for media interviews and one-on-one meetings for GE’s executives and clients. With a well appointed, comfortable dining cafe strategically and centrally placed within the design footprint, attendees were encouraged and invited to come further into the space to learn more.
Innovation took center stage for GE Oil & Gas at OTC 2010, showcasing their GE Oil & Gas brand and reinforcing its position and message as a world leader in advanced technology, equipment and services for all segments of the oil and gas industry.

Cleveland Browns Heritage Hall – Celebrating Experience
Industry: Sports Marketing
THE CHALLENGE
The Cleveland Browns challenged 2020 Exhibits to create a special season-long exhibit known as Heritage Hall. In this 4,600-square foot exhibition space, which would be located in Browns Town at Cleveland Browns Stadium, the Browns wanted recognize and pay tribute to the club’s celebrated past and its 16 Ring of Honor inductees.
THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
2020 Exhibits took the ball and ran with it, delivering a permanent exhibit that honors each of the 16 Ring of Honor inductees, including their busts, as well as memorabilia and photography from the team’s history.
The design featured individual displays which showcase each player’s story through moving text and large scale graphics. Player’s individual lockers were recreated to mirror those found in years’ past along with self-standing glass displays, filled with meaningful memorabilia including footballs helmets and jerseys. High-tech video, audio and custom lighting help bring the story to life in dynamic fashion. |

PEPSI – Take the Challenge

CHALLENGE
Step foot into the amazing Dallas Cowboys Stadium and you know that you ’ve just entered another world. No matter what the action is out on the field – be it the musical sensation U2 or the home team Dallas Cowboys – you can rest assured that there is plenty to capture the eyes and attention of a broad range of fans. It was in this spirit that Pepsi, one of the world's leading brands, challenged 2020 Exhibits to help activate the Pepsi brand and bring it to life for their dynamic Cowboys Stadium venue, the Pepsi Skyway.
THE SOLUTION
As the 3rd largest stadium in the NFL by seating capacity, Cowboys Stadium boasts of seating for more than 80,000 fans along with the world’s largest -- 72 x 160-foot – high definition video screen. With so many amazing sights and sounds competing for the attention and loyalty of enthusiastic fans, Pepsi wanted a space that was dynamic and compelling, while celebrating the spirit of Pepsi.
Providing comprehensive large scale printing, fabrication and installation for this dynamic and engaging fan zone, 2020 Exhibits honed the design and material needs, fabricating permanent yet removable curved walls and towering branded columns. This distinctive 15,000 square-foot space brilliantly reinforced the strength of this iconic brand.
In the Game Day Mural Zone fans would be invited to sit before an artist, either before or after the game, who would sketch their likeness. These images would then be auctioned off, oftentimes to friends and fans of the person sitting for the illustration. Three tiered nine foot curved brushed aluminum Pepsi branded walls bring the Game Day Mural Zone to life, creating a private yet open feel with comfortable seating and Pepsi branded pub tables throughout. The spirit of the game resonates throughout the space, with Pepsi taking center stage.
In the Touch Down Zone, the faux turf-covered ground set the stage for fun and games where fans can reenact favorite moves and plays, all with the chance to be videotaped and seen high above the field on the world’s largest Jumbo Tron.

Miller Lite Bull Pen Party Deck – Fantastic!

THE CHALLENGE
To transform over 15,000 square feet of inside/outside stadium space into a dynamic and creatively branded fan destination that would blend strong Houston Texans flavor with a compelling mix of the Miller Lite brand. From the line of site logo and branding specifications to the requirement for temporary yet permanent flexibility with nothing secured, bolted or cemented, the creative design needed to celebrate the spirit of Miller Lite and the Houston Texans from every angle.
On any given Sunday, it’s all about the fans and their experience. For Miller Lite and the NFL’s Houston Texans, the Miller Lite Bull Pen Party Deck needed to create and drive home brand awareness while delivering a remarkable, memorable fan experience.
THE SOLUTION
Powerhouse brands like the NFL’s Houston Texans and Miller Lite demand powerful, explosive creative and the 2020 Exhibits strategy led the way. Backed by comprehensive large scale printing, fabrication and installation for this dynamic, distinctly branded gathering spot for Miller Lite and Texan fans to enjoy home turf entertainment at Reliant Stadium, 2020 Exhibits covered every angle with creative design and execution.
Celebrating the spirit of two extraordinary brands was central to creative and messaging. With a lot of ground to cover – from top to bottom and inside and out –and a broad range of mediums to work with, 2020 Exhibits scored big. With bright, crisp, vibrant Miller Lite and Houston Texan graphics, declaring “I’m A Texan” and “Miller Lite – Taste is our Home Turf” emblazoned across floor-to-ceiling windows, 2020 Exhibits’ extended brand reach with custom designed 9’ foam Miller Lite beer bottles suspended from the ceilings with 12’ molded fiberglass pilsner glasses wrapping the center columns, showcasing “game day” plasmas. The “Bull Pen Wall of Fame” reinforced the importance of die hard “Bull Pen” fans and heralded the team’s
home games.
A 12’ x 12’ DJ stage invites pre-, during and post-game entertainment with a promotions area setting the stage for the Texans Cheerleaders, who are on hand for photos and autographs during the game. Further reinforcing the Texan flavor, western-style drink rails wrap the space, with more than 30 branded pub tables and many more bar stools spread throughout offering ample room to accommodate fan traffic and flow, while setting the perfect stage -- inside and out -- for fans to enjoy Miller Lite while cheering for their favorite team, the Houston Texans.

AirLiquide – Experience Innovation

THE CHALLENGE
Telling your brand story in a rich, vivid, memorable way can be challenging especially when in an industry where, typically, traditional, corporate images rule the day. As a dynamic and growing division of AirLiquide, the world leader in gases for health, safety and the environment, AirLiquide’s Engineering & Construction Division is innovative and forward-thinking, with proven performers and performance delivering engineering expertise and solutions worldwide. As they made plans for the 2010 Gasification Technology Conference in Washington D.C., top on the list was to create a dynamic, unforgettable presence on the show floor.
THE SOLUTION
Challenging 2020 Exhibits to help them tell their story – in a clear, concise and compelling way – was the first step. From storyboarding to the final presentation, 2020 Exhibits worked closely with AirLiquide to honor their branding and communication guidelines while delivering a dynamic, powerful Flash presentation that reflects the E & C’s markets, technologies, capabilities and proven expertise in an innovative, memorable way.
Premiered at the GTC in DC, the presentation will be showcased in their corporate headquarters and online. |

Stewart & Stevenson - Big and Bold

THE CHALLENGE
Stewart & Stevenson asked 2020 Exhibits to help them make a strong impact at the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston.
THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
To distinguish Stewart & Stevenson and signal its continued prominence as a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of specialized equipment, 2020 Exhibits designed and created an impressive 50’ x 100’ two story structure. Focus and warmth were added with theatrical lighting and custom light boxes strategically placed throughout the exhibit. Strong lines and custom curved trellises created a solid, powerful environment reflecting the brand’s century long history of strength and power. With two custom walkways spanning the 75’ stretch, the connection from past to present was visible from as far as the eye could see. |

Gripping Eyewear - Perfect Vision: Paris in the Spring
Industry: Consumer Product/Eyewear
THE CHALLENGE
Looking to make a big splash and dominate the hugely competitive eyewear marketplace, Gripping Eyewear teamed with Paris Hilton to design and distribute the Paris Hilton Sunglass Collection. 2020 Exhibits was challenged to create that perfect backdrop environment, that would showcase the Gripping Eyewear brand while providing the ideal stage at VisionWest in Las Vegas, for Paris to join Gripping as they launched the Paris Hilton Sunglasses Collection.
THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
2020 Exhibits designed, built and installed a 20’ x 30’ exhibit experience that captured the attention of key retail buyers, conference attendees and the national and international media. Vibrant, pretty and feminine, the exhibit was much like the iconic image and showcased product line -- captivating.
Following exacting branding standards is a way of life. For this project; however, there was one very bold, bright challenge: color-matching a very exact representative color. Paris Hilton Pink had to be unquestionably matched across a broad range of textures and mediums, from an imposing 20’ x 15’ double-sided fabric wall, to clear plexi-glass and solid white laminates. A private conference area anchored the space; with 2020 Exhibits’ custom-designed retail-ready showcases featuring the Collection angled through the exhibit.
Throughout the Vision West 2009, the Gripping Eyewear booth was a star attraction, reinforcing the Gripping Eyewear brand and driving its business forward.

Tramontina - Strength and Beauty

THE CHALLENGE
Tramontina, a leading Brazilian high-end cookware manufacturer, wanted a fresh custom exhibit design to serve as a powerful back drop for clients and prospects to view their award-winning products during the all-important International Home & Houseware's show. The design would need to make a statement, draw attendees and, above all, reflect the strength, beauty and impeccable craftsmanship of the Tramontina brand.
THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
To maximize impact and attract key prospects, 2020 Exhibits designed and constructed a strong yet elegant 30’ x 80’ custom exhibit. With a fully enclosed ceiling and canvas walls, visitors were – quite literally – enveloped by the warmth of the Tramontina brand. To generate mood and ambiance, the exhibit featured soft lighting reflecting off of milk Plexi-glass, incorporating natural and neutral textiles, with soft wood undertones, throughout the exhibit. Once illuminated, the strength and beauty of the cookware took center stage. Comfortable yet cozy seating areas were strategically placed within the space, the idea setting for face-to-face conversations and demonstrations. |
