GRAPHIC AND ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Thank you for choosing 2020 Exhibits. The following pages contain important information which will help you prepare and set up files for 2020 Exhibits. Please take a moment to review these pages carefully.
ACCEPTABLE FILE APPLICATIONS
2020 Exhibits accept electronic files built using a number of applications and 2020 Exhibits will provide the template you will be utilizing (please ask your sales rep for more details).
All detachables and murals should be built and saved as Photoshop Layered files (.psd) when possible. Layered files are also referred to: "Source Files" or "Native Files"

Photoshop - This is the preferred application for supplying high resolution images with no intervention charges apply.
- PSD, TIFF or EPS
- CMYK / PMS Colors
- 100 DPI at Exact Dimensions (2020 Exhibits to provide)
- Rasterize All Text
- Use the following CMYK formula for a TRUE BLACK: Opaque: c0 m0 y0 k100
- Backlit: c70 m70 y70 k100

We accept these file formats with intervention charges, $120 per hour, as follows:
- AI, EPS, INDD and PDF
- CMYK / PMS colors
- Include All Linked Files and All Fonts (Preflight and Package File)
- Outline Text
- Build to Exact Dimensions
- Use the following CMYK formula for a TRUE BLACK: Opaque: c0 m0 y0 k100
- Backlit: c70 m70 y70 k100

FTP ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS
- The FTP registration link is http://clients.2020exhibits.com/ftp. It can also be accessed through the www.2020exhibits.com by clicking “FTP access”.
- If you have already opened an account, simply login.
- To open a new account click the “Register” icon. Complete the form and shortly you will receive a verification email with your login and password.
- Forgotten your password? Click “Forgot your password?” and enter your email. You will receive your username and password shortly after.
- PC users can use Internet Explorer to drag and drop files directly onto the FTP. Mac users can upload files using an FTP application such as Cyberduck and Fetch.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- All graphics must be accompanied by a hard copy or graphics will print “as is”
- Both screen and printer fonts must be provided, even if text has been converted to outlines or paths.
