2020 Exhibits extraordinary creative design, integrated marketing and event management took center stage throughout the 2011 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC2011) in Houston, Texas, as they showcased more than 350 screens across a broad range of client exhibits and environments, featuring dynamic interactive presentations, products and technologies.
With attendance reaching a 29-year high of 78,150, attendees recently gathered at OTC2011, the world’s largest event for offshore resources. Throughout the four-day event, 2,530 exhibitors spanned from Reliant Center to Reliant arena, vying to capture the attention of these offshore energy experts from around the world.
Incorporating a wide range of multi-screen environments from touch screens to video walls and more, the average exhibit designed, built and delivered by 2020 Exhibits totaled over 800 square feet and some as large as 7,000 square feet, exhibiting across three show halls and outdoor arena space. As a dominating presence throughout the world’s largest event for offshore resources development, 2020 Exhibits began work – in many cases – immediately upon last year’s show closing. Lighter, brighter, bigger, bolder were some key drivers as clients sought to entertain, amuse and amaze as never before with interactive and dynamic audio/visual technologies serving as the focal point for many designs and environments.
With their impressive and creative designs in hand, 2020 Exhibits’ comprehensive fabrication, production and design facility was in full swing months prior to show open, designing and fabricating dynamic custom rental exhibits for clients from North America, Asia, Africa and Europe.
On the show floor, the 2020 Exhibits team was 150 strong throughout, including a full service A/V team coupled with I & D and account management working over 10 days to consult, manage, construct and install on behalf of our clients.
